15U NorCal Fall Program Ends

NorCal Families,

The NorCal Fall Program has ended for 2011, and the staff and coaches would like to thank you for participating and making the fall training a success. The coaches have asked me to pass along the message to keep working hard at your studies/school work, and to continue to work on baseball fitness in preparation of this coming high school baseball season.

Practice has been canceled for this Sunday November 6th. Please continue to check the NorCal Website every other week for updates throughout the Winter and Spring.

The Fall program is coming to an end. Next Sunday, (October 30) there is no practice. We will be adding an additional practice Sunday November 6th to finish out the Fall.

Jaeger Sports Clinic October 22, St Mary's College

JAEGER SPORTS CLINIC Saturday, Oct 22 St. Mary's College, Moraga

NorCal Baseball will be hosting a Jaeger Sports Clinic Saturday, October 22 at St. Mary's College. The clinic will be at the baseball field from 10-230. Alan and his team will take us through the long toss program that all of our top guys have used for the last 15 years. We will also have a segment on mental training.

The fee is $75.00 to participate. Please bring checks and make payable to Jaeger Sports. All players will receive J Bands and a book on the Mental Game as part of the clinic. This is a huge part of our program and we expect the players in town to participate. Its the same program that our top pro and college guys used.
